1. In the Zonos app, go to the left pane > Manage Orders and click on Orders.

  2. Next, use the search box at the top of the page to locate the order by ID, name, email address, or other attribute.

  3. Click on the order number, then use the Actions drop-down in the top-right corner.

  4. Select Drop items.


  5. Scroll down to the Order Items section, then use the down arrow to adjust the quantity.


  6. The cart and applicable shipping & duty/tax refunds will automatically populate. Click the blue Save button.
