- In the Zonos app, go to the left pane > Manage Orders and click on Orders.
- Next, use the search box at the top of the page to locate the order by ID, name, email address, or other attribute.
- Click on the order number, then use the Actions drop-down in the top-right corner.
- Select Drop items.
- Scroll down to the Order Items section, then use the down arrow to adjust the quantity.
- The cart and applicable shipping & duty/tax refunds will automatically populate. Click the blue Save button.
