In the Zonos app under the Billing section, go to Billing Settings > Payment Info > Update Payment Method.

  • You can call us at +1 (800) 942-0721 to update your billing information over the phone.
  • Alternatively, you can email us at accounting@zonos.com to obtain a copy of our ACH authorization form. Complete this form and email it back to us to update your billing information.
