Problem: Order is showing as "validating" on your back-end, but the order has been approved in Zonos. The order status is not syncing or updating in WooCommerce.


Solution: For WooCommerce, we currently use a cron job that runs every hour on the your local system and syncs order status for international orders up to one week from the date of import. If statuses are not getting synced, please check the date your order was imported and see if the cron service is running on your server.
