Register your UPS account

You will need your most recent UPS billing statement to complete the registration.

  1. Account number

  2. Contact Info - NOTE: The address information here much match exactly as it is shown on your UPS invoice to register.

  3. Verify the shipping account information - NOTE: This information must match exactly as shown on your UPS billing invoice

  4. Complete the invoice information

  5. Choose to show negotiated or retail rates

  6. Verify you have read and understood the terms and conditions.

  7. A second screen will appear. You can read through the T&C and then at the bottom, select Yes and then hit Save

  8. Hit Save again on the next page

NOTE: If the registration was successful, you will see a message appear on the screen. If not, it is likely some of the information entered did not match what UPS have in their system. You can try up to three attempts and then your account will be locked for 24 hours. Contact Zonos support if you are unable to complete your registration.
