Connect Your Carrier in the Zonos Dashboard

Connect UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS

You will need to be registered with the carrier for integration prior to connecting your carrier with Zonos.

Once connected, you’ll be able to choose each carrier’s specific service level for your shipping zone. You can also remove or modify specific carrier fees, add buffers, and modify service level names and delivery times once the carrier account is set up.

How to connect your carrier account in the Zonos Dashboard

Below are instructions on how to connect your carrier.

  1. Go to Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

  2. Click on Shipping settings.

  3. Click Connect carrier account.

  4. Select the carrier account you want to enable.

  5. Complete the requested fields.

  6. Click Save.

Configure Carrier Fees

Modify and choose whether you want to waive specific carrier fees.

  1. Go back to the Shipping settings section.

  2. Under Carriers, select the carrier you want to modify.

  3. Check or uncheck which carrier fees to waive.
