Carriers

You may have completed this section in your initial onboarding with us, but if you need to make changes or add another carrier, you can do so in the carrier settings.

You will need to add your UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS account information as described below so any Zonos changes will pull your negotiated rates via the carrier’s API.

If you’re using a carrier not listed below or a service level not available via the API, you can upload a custom rate table in the “Service Level” section of the Dashboard.

 

UPS

  • You will need a copy of your most recent UPS invoice, which contains all the information you need for setup.
  • During UPS registration, you will be asked if you have a recent invoice. Make sure to check that box, and fill out the appropriate information.

 

FedEx

You will need the following information during setup.

  • Account number
  • Customer number
  • Username
  • Password

 

DHL

You will need the following information during setup.

  • Site ID
  • Production password
  • Payment account number

 

USPS

You will need the following information during setup.

  • Payment account number
