How do I cancel an order?

Learn how to cancel an order using Zonos Dashboard.

Please make sure you cancel in Zonos Dashboard first. Orders may also need to be canceled on your ecommerce platform in addition to your Zonos account, depending on your extension or integration.Orders cannot be canceled once marked as “shipped.”

  1. Log in to Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Orders → All orders.
  3. Find the order you want to be canceled on the All orders page.
  4. In the Payment details section, select Cancel order.
  5. Add a note stating the reason for cancellation.
  6. By default, orders are canceled without sending an email notification to the customer. If you wish to notify them, you can check the send cancellation email to customer option.
  7. Click Cancel order.

Once an order has been canceled, it cannot be undone and shall be final. Funds cannot be recaptured once completed.

Based on the customer’s bank and country the order was placed, funds may take 3-5 business days to show up on their statement.
