Learn how to update your billing settings and payment method with Zonos.
How do I access my billing settings?
Simply go to Zonos Dashboard.
- Next, click on Settings in the left-hand column.
- In this section, you should see an option for Billing settings (Manage account billing and payout info).
Edit your payment information
In the Billing settings section, you can do the following:
- View your Zonos plan.
- Click on the blue Edit payment method button to update your credit card on file.
- Confirm the Primary billing contact has the latest contact and address information.
- Take a look at your invoices.
