Learn how to update your billing settings and payment method with Zonos.

How do I access my billing settings?

  1. Log in to your Zonos Dashboard account.
  2. Next, click on Settings in the left-hand column.
  3. Under the "Account" section click on Billing.

Edit your payment information

On the Billing settings page you can do the following:

  • View your Zonos Plan.
  • Click on the blue Edit payment method button to update your credit card on file.
  • Confirm the Primary billing contact has the latest contact and address information.
