How do I set up shipping?
Learn how to set up your shipping rates in Zonos Dashboard.
Since our shipping setup is completely customizable, there are a variety of ways to set up and integrate your shipping rates. You may use one or more of the methods below.
Get started with your shipping setup
There are three ways to add/create shipping rates:
- Method 1
Carrier account connection - Pull your account’s rates by connecting to your carrier’s API via our carrier account connection feature in Zonos Dashboard. Available for UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, USPS, and APC (doc coming soon). - Method 2
Custom shipping options - Create rules for free, flat rate, and tiered shipping, and other custom rules. - Method 3
Custom service level with a rate sheet upload - Use a rate sheet, which is a spreadsheet provided by your carrier, shipper, or 3PL, to create a custom service level that Zonos can use to calculate your shipping rates.
