With Hello, your shoppers get welcomed in their language so they immediately recognize your business sells and ships internationally. Your customers can also get estimated costs for duties and taxes as they add items to their cart in their local currency based on GeoIP recognition and the latest currency exchange rates.

You can sign up for free here.
Once you go through the sign-up process and create your account, you will get a site key with the custom script to place before the  </body> tag of your store's website.

Can Hello be hidden for domestic customers?

Yes, Hello will only show for international customers and can be hidden for domestic ones.

Where will Hello be placed on my website?

By default, the Zonos Hello widget will be shown on the bottom-right corner but can be placed on any corner of the website. This can be changed in your Hello settings using Dashboard.

How do I enable duty and tax estimates for Hello?

Can I change the location of Hello on my website?

Yes, simply log in to Dashboard and click on Hello in the left sidebar menu.

Under Appearance, you can modify the position of Hello on your website.
