Who pays the UPS duty and tax forwarding surcharge?

Learn who pays the UPS duty and tax forwarding surcharge.

UPS (U.S.) charges a $15 USD fee on an international shipment that bills duties and taxes to a sender or third party (e.g., Zonos).

With Zonos Landed Cost Guarantee, the sender remains responsible for the $15 fee to UPS with their shipping bill.
The $15 UPS duty and tax forwarding surcharge will show up on the shipping invoice (UPS) but not the invoice for duties and taxes. If you have a discounted fee, you can set the discounted amount in Dashboard.
