What are the differences between user levels?

Learn the differences between user levels.

You can grant Zonos Dashboard access to your team members. Your team members will be permitted different uses depending on the access level you assign them.

VIEWER

• No writing access - only allowed to view information.

MANAGE ORDERS

• The above permissions plus the ability to view and edit Zonos Checkout orders. This permission does not impact users on Quoter, Landed Cost API, or the Landed Cost plugins.

MANAGE CARRIERS

• The above permissions plus the ability to edit shipping rates and settings for the Landed Cost, Checkout, and Quoter.

BILLING

• The above permissions plus the ability to modify billing, finance, and accounting-related information as well as all above permissions.

ADMIN

• The above permissions plus access to all settings, setup features, and billing.
