What is Zonos Dashboard?

Zonos Dashboard is a user-friendly interface that helps you manage and make changes to your Zonos account. You can use Dashboard to manage orders, configure your shipping rates and zones, download your billing statements, stay updated on new product changes, and more.

Zonos Dashboard Access

Only a team member with admin permission can give Zonos Dashboard access to another team member. The only exception to this rule is if the only team member with admin access is no longer with the company. For security reasons, Zonos' employees are not allowed to grant access to the Dashboard or change user permission levels. If you do not have access to your Dashboard, please contact our support team.
